How to Become a Gold Member:

1. Stay with Us: You can only earn membership after completing your first stay at La Pahi Palace.
2. Pay the Joining Fee: A one-time joining fee of ₹100 is required to activate your membership.
3. Receive Your Membership: After your first stay and upon payment of the joining fee, you will be issued a La Pahi Palace Gold Membership card, which will give you access to all the exclusive benefits.

Referral Program Details:

• As a Gold Member, you can refer friends to La Pahi Palace.
• When your referred friend completes their first booking, you will receive ₹500 off your next stay.
• The referral discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one referral discount can be applied per booking.

Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals who have completed at least one stay at La Pahi Palace and have paid the required joining fee.
2. Validity: The membership is valid for one year from the date of issuance. It can be renewed by completing a stay within the validity period or paying a renewal fee.
3. Benefits Use: Discounts and benefits under this program cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
4. Membership Levels: The upgrade to Platinum membership is available after 10 completed bookings within a year. Platinum members enjoy enhanced benefits, which will be communicated upon upgrade.
5. Membership Card: The membership card must be presented at the time of booking or check-in to avail of the benefits. Lost cards can be replaced for a fee.
6. Cancellation and Refunds: The joining fee is non-refundable. Memberships can be cancelled at any time by contacting our support team.
7. Changes to the Program: La Pahi Palace reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. In such cases, existing benefits will be honoured until the end of the membership period.
8. Privacy: By joining the membership program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.
