La Pahi Palace is looking for a hands-on and dependable Resident Operations Associate who can actively manage and support the day-to-day operations of our Banquet & Resort.
This is not a desk-only role. We are looking for someone who believes in ownership, multitasking, teamwork, and execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily banquet and resort operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, decoration, and service teams
- Ensure smooth execution during weddings, events, and guest stays
- Handle guest queries and resolve operational issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness of the property
- Coordinate vendor and support staff whenever required
- Monitor inventory and basic operational requirements
- Support event setup, guest movement, and execution during functions
- Ensure discipline and smooth coordination among teams
- Stay on property and remain available during operational requirements
Requirements
- Graduate preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of operations, hospitality, or event management preferred
- Freshers with strong attitude and willingness to learn may also apply
