La Pahi Palace is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Associate to help expand bookings, partnerships, and brand presence for our Banquet & Resort business.
The role involves direct coordination with the General Manager and requires someone with strong communication skills, confidence, and a pleasing personality.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle banquet, wedding, resort, and event inquiries
- Generate leads and convert bookings
- Coordinate with clients for meetings, property visits, and follow-ups
- Build relationships with corporates, event planners, institutions, and local networks
- Support marketing and promotional activities
- Manage customer communication through calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
- Maintain client database and booking pipeline
- Assist in business expansion initiatives and partnerships
- Represent La Pahi Palace professionally during meetings and events
Requirements
- Graduate with good educational background
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasing personality and professional behavior
- Confident, ambitious, and self-driven
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or hospitality preferred
- Good command over Hindi and English
- Comfortable with field visits and client interaction
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
